The Calphalon Enamel 8" pan with lid is great. So far it has been totally free of sticking. It cooks all kinds of eggs very nicely. And I use the lid to thaw frozen vegetables before final cooking.

Based on positive reviews here I decided to give this a try and it absolutely lives up to the high praise. Kind of spendy for me. I hope it lasts much longer than the pan it's replacing.

Very high quality pans and lids. As long as you use the teflon utensils and dont stick these in the dishwasher they hold their non stick.
