This is a pretty heavy and sturdy unit when all put together. All the parts fit together like a glove. Speaking of gloves you might want to have one handy so you don't get a blister tightening all the screws. Give youself a little time, follow directions closely and you'll be pleased when you're done. I did have one piece (back of one of the drawers)that somehow got broke during shipping, but a little wood glue and a few nails and I was able to finish the project. I'm sure I could have returned it with no hassle, but I figured with such an easy fix, why bother? I was too eager to have it done and put in place, besides the piece was out of sight and will work just fine.
Although I'm not a fan of particle wood, it is a nice looking piece of furniture for the price.

There are a lot of pieces and a lot of hardware for this stand and it took two of us about 3 hours to put it together and we are fairly experiened at furniture assembly. Its a great piece of furniture though and it looks really nice. It weighs a ton so shipping was almost equal to the cost of the item, so make sure you check that out when ordering.

I was a little apprehensive when I first received the TV Stand. Solely for the reason of the amount of parts that are involved in putting it together. If your doing it solo and taking your time, you may expect that it can take up to three hours to put together. Its totally worth the time! Its heavy, sturdy, looks nice and serves its purpose, let alone that for what you get in comparison to price that is equally as nice as well. A must buy!
