I had installed two of these for the front entrance of our house. Loved them so much, we ordered one for every bedroom too. They are stylish, and I love the fact that the hooks fold back up when not in use as a great safety factor for klutzy people. They look nice, we bought both the white and the natural and both look great. Will definitely continue to buy this item as needed!

Nice coat rack, but three problems:
1) There is a blemish in the finish. No, I'm not talking about a near-invisible scuff--there is a raised rectangular region about 3 mm x 4 mm in size on one end of the rack. It is only a tiny bit raised above the surrounding wood, but it is visually quite obvious against the white paint. It is as if there is a chunk of plastic embedded in the wood. Not worth sending it back, considering that shipping to Canada cost more than $20, but definitely disappointing.
2) The paper template is ever so slightly inaccurate, enough that the second screw could not be inserted into its slot. Throw the template away and make your own measurements or you'll have to make a second set of holes, as I had to.
3) There is a black "Umbra" sticker (decal) on the back of the rack. When you have the screws nicely snug, this sticker is pressed fairly hard against the wall as you slide the rack into place. Unfortunately, the sticker leaves black marks behind on the wall when this happens. Remove the sticker before installing the rack.
