So far we are loving this product. It was a difficult decision to purchase given the expense for essentially a prettily covered piece of foam but our baby girl enjoys it a great deal and it helped her get sleep when she was having major reflux issues. Having her, and subsequently us, get some sleep made the purchase worthy of the cost and purchasing it on Amazon we save $20.

works great for kids with reflux. Only problem is neck support....my child was only 3-4 weeks when we got it, and had trouble keeping her head up. We had to lean her to one side so she had some support... Think it will be fine once she is older.
